Becoming a partner

No matter if you want to be able to offer your customers the Storefront Edition or the Enterprise Edition as a Solution Provider you need to sign an agreement with us or with one of our official distributors.

We currently operate with 5 kinds of partners:

  • Distributors
    A distributor have an exclusive right to distribute shopServer product on distinct markets and they provide consultancy, sales back-up, education and 1st as well as 2nd level support.
     
  • Business Application Partners
    Are application vendors providing different kinds of back-office system like ERP or CRM, offering Storefront Edition bundled to or integrated with their application.
     
  • Solution Providers
    Are partners developing solution based either Storefront Edition or Enterprise Edition and who also provides consultancy and support.
     
  • Portals
    Are o
    ffer their customers the opportunity of getting their own easy-to-use and self-managed e-commerce solution completely operated from a portal. Storefront Edition only.

There is a fee involved in becoming a partner on the Enterprise Edition and for a good reason. We only want partners that are fully committed to actively promote and sell our products.
